We went out to this restaurant with a colleague who had been here previously. The place is family friendly and nice-casual.
The interior is nice, with a small water pond and bridge inside with seating booths/pavilions. The interior is slightly dim but that is considered “mood lighting” which I am not very fond of!
The food was good. The portions were ok, not too large but not small either. The appetizers tasted good and the entrees as well. This is not Singapore style Chinese food, but more along the lines of American-Chinese or Pakistani-Chinese.
The service was great with the staff recommendations being especially good. We do not know if this was because everyone knew our host or because it is always so great. The place was clean.
We went back to it this week to discover that they are undergoing renovations. It will reopen in mid-September. I’ll keep you informed about the new version when it’s open.
