Chili’s is the same across the globe- if you like it one place you’ll like it in every other. The service in riyadh however leaves a lot to be desired.
We have been here to Chili’s several times now and consistently we get poor service. There is no lack of wait staff, however they prefer to stand and watch TV rather than actually help. Food always comes late. Next time we will sit in a booth (hopefully it will have a bell) rather than in the common area with the open tables and see if it makes a difference.
The food is overall good. The menu is the same as in the US so there are no surprises.
The milkshakes were rather bland and not worth ordering. One thing we have discovered is that over here milkshakes are always made with vanilla ice cream which dilutes the flavor a lot. They would be much better if they used the ice cream flavor that matches the flavor of the shake.
This is a casual eatery for those missing the “West”
