This is a good, casual seafood restaurant with semi-outside seating for families.
The seafood restaurant is upstairs and the grill section is downstairs. The first view when one goes upstairs is rather nice- it’s a high ceiling with a trompe-l’œil sky view. What is surprising is that they actually also have outside seating for families. The balcony side was a tad high so no one could look in but if one peers just right you can actually see the sky- it was great to not be boxed into the family cabins.
You can buy seafood here by quantity or by weight. A kilo roughly translates into about 3 smallish- medium sized fish (like hammour- grouper). You can then choose what style you want to have the fish prepared- these range from traditional arab to pseudo-european. In any case, the seafood was good! We also tried their mixed grill however it was nothing to write home about.
The juices were good, the appetizers were fine but not spectacular.
The service was good with the staff trying hard to help, and offering complimentary tea at the end. This was a nice accidental discovery where one can relax and hang out for a while over a good meal.
