Simple Pesto Sauce

Makes about 1 cup sauce
Ingredients:

3 cups fresh basil leaves
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup walnuts (or pine nuts or almonds)
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
salt to taste

Method:

Blend everything together until a fine paste.
Bon appetit!

Recipe: Apple Crisp

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
Filling:

4 cups sliced apples (tart apples work well)
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cup water

Crumble topping:

1 cup sugar (or 1/2 white and 1/2 brown sugar)
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup butter (4oz)

zucchini muffins

1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup oil
